Question about Epson Stylus CX3810 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Epson CX3810 Printer started skipping when printing from the black ink cartridge. It prints three or four lines of text OK, then starts to skip (leave horizontal gaps on the fifth line) on the fifth line, prints a line or two with the gaps, then starts printing OK again for another three or four lines, then start skipping again. This pattern repeats for the entire page. It only skips with black ink only. Colors seem to be printing OK.
I have tries three different black ink cartridges. Two from Epson and one from a different manufacturer with the same results.
Any suggestions for correcting this would be appreciated. Printers are relatively cheap, but I hate throwing away something that might be fixable (besides, I still have three cartridges of ink I to use up, and they're not cheap :-) ).
