Question about Kitchen Ranges
Need to raise pilot flame higher on burners burners won't always light flame is nice blue when they do lite.
Need to check your gas pressure or use a very fine piece of welding wire to clean out the jets

the pilot generator or the pilot head itself is the issue. You need a good,
solid blue flame across the generator to get enough power to hold the switch
open when you let go of the knob. If the pilot flame is week or not aimed
across the generator it will not stay lit.
it is but the generator is old and weak, it will go out as well. If you can see
the pilot flame and it is a nice blue color, replace the generator. If it is
not, disassemble the pilot and either clean it out or replace it.
