Question about Dishwashers
The dishwasher fills to wash but then fails to cycle past that. The control panel clicks and then after awhile the lights on the washer begin to flash. I touch the drain button and get same results I have taken out all filters and there aren't any obstructions there..
Check the water level switch and sensor. If this is the floating sensor type, ensure that is not stuck. The WL can be tested by a technician jumping its contacts.
After water level, the impeller pump must be tested, energizing it , and eventually unblocking the hose connected.
If the problem happens right after filling, then it can be a water level/pressure switch problem, a faulty pump, or a faulty timer board.
