Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
I am using camera 'OLYMPUS SP 500 UZ' since last 2 years.Recently i have been to swiss & unfortunately its been dropped in the ice twice over there.I can't see any visible scratch in the camera lens.
But while taking the picture(night & daylight), I am getting pics with greenish tinge & with small stripes(not very dark boundraies) in the background.
Please suggest any solution for it.
Thanks in advace.
This sounds like a CCD issue in the camera. The CCD is the part in the camera that captures the image (the "digital film") if you will and converts it to a format the camera can read.
When they go bad a lot of times you will see weird colorations and/or stripes, very similar to what you are describing.
You can try eBay for a place to buy, or maybe check the manufacturer.
