How do I clean the print head on an HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-in-one?

I am assuming that you have installed the HP Solution Center software onto your PC. If not go online to hp.com, do a search for it, download and install it.
1. Open HP Solution Center
2. Click on Printer Toolbox
3. Click on Services (top)
4. Click on Clean the Printheads

Hi live_intheda
I 'm not familiar with the device but isn't it just a question of replacing a burned fuse ?
Is the power transfo inside the unit or is it external together with the connecting power cable ?

When I print colored copies on my Office Jet L7680 All in One, there are red lines through the photo. I have changed the cartridges but still have the lines. Can you help?

check heads of printer. clean it,check paper path and clean it internally.try to upgrade your system software.if the computer generated prints are OK but copies are effected then you must be check, clean or replace scanner unit.

Checking the reviews on the Internet HP Photosmart CC335A seems to be far better than the HP Officjet l7680. The main point is that the HP Officjet l7680 does not support Windows VISTA.

What is your opinion on the HP officejet L7680, is this a good printer, or does it have some flaws? thank you

Overall it is a pretty good machine. HP builds solid printers overall. It has some interesting features built in such as built in ADF, duplexer, media card slots, and digital filing. Print quality is good, and for a small office the speed is decent. I found that the photo menu was not the most intuitive I've seen although with practice it did become easier to use. Scanning in grayscale could have used some adjustment. It's well suited for a small office or an at home office. The only other item that I was not overjoyed with was the cost of replacement print media. Mind you that goes for most printers out there. I hope this helps.
