Question about Frigidaire GLTF2940ES Front Load Washer
In most cases this is caused by the main bearing that holds the drum being siezed. If this is within warranty, it should be covered. If not, you'll need to tear the whole washer apart to replace it. Not a complicated job, but not for a novice. You'll need a service manual, but with that and average mechanical ability you can do the job on your own.
Hope this helps, but hopefully it's under warranty!
