My Canon i70 printer has always worked great up till now. The LED by the power switch always blinks amber/yellow as if there is no paper in the feed. I have tried to see if something is jammed in the feed but I cannot see anything. I really need this printer for work, I'm a field technician and I need to print frequently. Any ideas?
The problem is your wasted ink tank it either needs to be replaced or you need to reset the error code like this
Try This

(Do not release the buttons. The LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)

(Do not release the Power button.)
3) While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button 3 times, and then release the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons.
(Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.)

green.
4) When the LED stops blinking and lights in green, press the Resume/Cancel button 4 times (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.)

I had my printer in to fix the ink well problem now it blinks green and amber, no printing.
my canon i70 light continually blinks amber/green as soon as I turn it on. When i send a print job it continues to blink. The cartridge will not move to the center. The job does not print. There is power, & my information cord is good. Is there any way to trick the unit into moving the ink cartridge to the center?

I have the same problem as kimberly tim. I have tried the reset by pressing, holding & release of Power & Resume/Cancel button, I still can't get my blinking light off and cartridge move to the center.
I had a paper jam, and started having this problem. Jam is cleared, and now when the printer goes through its start up procedure, al lis fine until it tries to move the printer head, it moves it a little left and right, then stops, and blinks green and amber twice, repeating. Resetting error code does nothing.
