Question about Philips Magnavox MPD845
Semms One IC is burnt. IC has the following Marking code on it. 4801 BA6R1S. Can any body tell me what is this IC.
Many people buy electronics and never read the manual.
The first thing to do before operating an electronic device is to
read the manual, is for the best. I have had this unit for two years now
and have no problems with it. The most commond mistake people make
with this portable DVD is that they plug in the lighter without removing
the battery. You can't charge the battery with the lighter adapter and
you must remove the battery before you turn it on.

Unit must be turned off in order to charge. Also, it will not recharge from car adapter; must use AC wall adapter.
