My imate PDAL does not go beyond the align screen

My imate PDAL does not go beyond the align screen despite tapping the centre of the cross several times hence I cannot access the start menu. I cannot do any operation except recieving calls.

click on + mark only on align screen

dont click any where on the screen

first u hv to click on middle after that + mark will go on left uper corner click there on middle of + mark and so on
