Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

SOURCE: 4300 laserjet wont print docs.
Have you tried changing the IP address from within the driver's properties? Go into the print driver properties, and under the Ports tab, edit the 4300's port and change the IP address that it is associated with. You may need to reboot the printer once you make the change and save it, but that should allow you to change its IP address.
