m8 sounds like your screen is faulty or your ribbon has been damaged in some way.to fix it you will need to open it and have a look at the ribbon if there is any damage vissible no matter how small it means ur ribbon is gone an you need a new 1.it could also be your screen if there isnt any damage on the ribbon then it could be the screen.it could be a combination of both. word of caution: if you try to open it yourself you could damage the ribbon.you wont notice it but its very easy to do.so be carefull. but if you want an expert to do it for try these guys http://www.mobilephoneservicecentre.co.uk/ good luck

hey there's not much you can do. there's a website that has the replacement parts available http://www.cellphone-repair-shop.com/products.php?cat=453 if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself call your retailer and see if they have a tech on hand that do the repair for you. Or if you purchased insurance just turn it in on that.

either your mute is turned on or your speaker is loose or broken, consider if you deel to fix it , it might be somthing as simple as open phone and close phone, you might consider doing a hard reset on your phone incase it is a software glitch

Turn the phone off. Take the battery out then remove your sim card. Before reinstalling the battery hold the power on botton down for about 15 seconds. Replace the sim card then the battery and power the phone on. If this does not fix the problem and you can access the setup menu for the phone restore the setting to factor defaults. Good luck hope this works for you.
