Will the CDP-CX220 play CD-R blank disc

That is the type of disc I am using.The songs are already downloaded on the cd but it wont play in the player.Thats why I was asking if those CDs were compatible

Wizis this a trick question?
If the disk is 'Blank' It will not play.
If the disk is 'Blank' It will not play.
