If the alarm light on your AEG freezer is still flashing after you have followed the instructions and pressed the button, it may indicate a problem with the freezer. You can try unplugging the freezer and leaving it unplugged for a few minutes, then plugging it back in to see if the alarm light resets. If the alarm light continues to flash, you may need to consult the manual or contact AEG customer service for further assistance.
Under normal operating conditions, the internal
temperature of the freezer will ensure the longterm
conservation of the stored food.
When such temperature rises above a certain
level (-12 °C), the appliance will trigger an
acoustic and light alarm. The light alarm is a
blink red light (Red Alarm Indicator Light), while
the acoustic alarm is an intermittent sound.
You can stop the acoustic alarm by pressing
the Acoustic Signal Stop Switch once.
When switching on the freezer for the first
time, the Red Alarm Indicator Light will
blink until the internal temperature has reached
a level required for the safe conservation of frozen
food.

red light? this is a factory alarm?? Is GM on the key fob? factory alarms dont have "motion sensors" and very few aftermarket alarms do. roll down the window and set the alarm, now open the door and see if it lights off.
Your alarms are interconnected, meaning when one alarm goes off, they
all go off. The alarm with the flashing green light is the one that
triggered the alarm. If it only went off once, it was probably just fluke thing, and you can reset the alarm memory (flashing green light) by pressing the test button. If it happened more than once, you should try cleaning the alarm. Do this by removing the alarm, and blowing compressed air into the sensor opening (located around the back side perimeter of the alarm). If this fails, replace it.
The flashing light does not mean you have an alarm. They were not standard in the 3-series.
You can get one installed or if you want the dealer can program the lights to flash when locking and unlocking doors even with out alarm. This is called "acknowledgement without DWA"
I would turn the key on without starting the car then press and hold the black button till the alarm light flashes. Then turn key off take out of car and try the fob again.
