Yes, if phone will power on take usb cable and hook phone to computer, go to my computer where you will see the c:// and d:// drives listed you should see an icon of your phone, click on icon and go to folder where your pictures are on your phone open folder with pictures...hit edit select all then edit and copy, open a folder on your computer and click edit then paste..all the pictures will be copied to your computer.

Go to my computer, open, you will see a drive or an icon representing your phone.

If you just need to transfer the pictures in you cellular phone to your computer,you just need to connect your cellular phone with your computer by the USB cable,after your cellular phone be recognized by the computer,you can start to copy the pictures.Find the disk of your cellular phone in the computer and choose the folder that you have store your pictures in,may be the "Photos" folder.Then press the right button of the mouse and choose the "send to" option and find the disk of your cellular phone.

the way i do it is i go to my pictures and select the picture i want to upload to the computer but i dont open it, i press options than go to move and push memory card than paste and than when you plug in your phone it should pop up put pictures on computer from device =] i hope this helps
If the pics are on the computer, go to Windows Media Player 11 in the toolbar click on the arrow below Library, click on pictures, any pics on the computer should show up in the picture library, sync your phone via cable drag and drop to sync list and they should transfer. Pictures have to be in the right format to show up on a cell phone.
