Question about Jura Capresso Impressa Z5 Espresso/Coffee Maker
Initially there was little to no water/steam coming from the Frother. After Cleaning and Descaling all the water is now directed to Frother. Ground coffee comes out dry in container (no wet coffee puck). Even rinsing directs all water via the Frother. Cleaned behind flap and coffee spout does not even dispense in drips, so does not seem like blockage of sieve.
The Multivalve seems to be stuck. When you start up the machine you should hear the multivalve turning 2 times, if it`s silent, the valve is defective. This valve is important to guide the water in the right direction. Contact your servicedealer and let them have a look. There`s also a small chance that the electronic board are sending wrong or no signals to the valve
