Question about Cell Phones
Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do without ripping your phone apart and replacing shorted components. You can try tuning it off and leaving it in a warm dry area for a day or so, but don't get your hopes up for that to fix it. The manufacturer won't take it back because of water damage. Sorry about your luck.
