Need help

If your computer is a Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista it does not need any additional software.
Remove any camera associated software and simply plug the camera in- The Camera/Scanner Wizard will come up and ask what it is you want to do.
Let Windoze do the work.

If you sill get this message go to Control panel/system/device manager and check the USB devices for any yellow error signs.
If you have one come back and tell us about it.
