Question about Kodak ESP 3 Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner

Just installed new KODAK ESP3 I find the print program page has over 74 documents to be printed how do I clear this unwante backlog

Click on your printer (Icon in the Systray) A window will open with a list of the documents waiting to be printed. Delete them. You may have to look around in the window for this feature.

If that doesnt work, delete the printer, reboot and reinstall the printer.

I have a Kodak esp3 printer. I replaced the color


I have had exactly the same problem. I can't carry enough ink to it. Plus even more perplexing is the fact that it won't print b & w when the colour runs out and visa versa. I havent printed any colour stuff at all since replacing the colour cartridge last month and yet again it has run out. Advice / help siteuseless. If they spent as much effort with helping customers as they do with their useless junkmail then the servic would be better. Best advice steer clear of kodak printers !!!

Printer quit printing all the sudden. I changed both cartridges with new ones. Still will not print. All I get is blank documents.


Try to reseat the printhead of the printer if using the ESP3 just press at the same time copy and cancel botton to clean the pritnhead.

Now if yur done try to print again. Now if you printer when printing its act like printing but i has a blank page it means you need to replace the printhead., But when you print and then the paper just ecxit in your printer fast and smooth you need to replace the printer, Thats how you can determined which you need to replace how the paper exit to printer.

Please call kodak 1 800 421 6699 ext 05 for printhead replacement or printer replacement

I've printed a test page, aligned the printhead, cleared the nozzles, and changed my black ink cartidge on my ESP3, but the printer will not print documents. The printer works during every test aand...


check the default printer when you print
the default printer should be the printer you want to print to.
when you print from like word you click on print then click on the printer tab box in the middle of the box.

Kodak ESP3 installed 2 new cartridges black light


For that problem kindly try doing the ff:

* Re-seat the inks both color and black then try printing
* Re-seat the Printhead of the printer then print again
* if problem still persist call 1800 421 6699 and the technical rep will replace the printhead

Several months ago I received an email from Kodak recommending that I install an update to the driver for my ESP3 printer so I did only to find that there were some incompatibility problems which I worked...


download the software and then run it as administrator. before thet go to www.kodak.com/go/clear and download clear utility for kodak aio software and then run it. what it will do is remove all the files and folders of previous kodak software.. then install vista version from internet and run it as administrator.ur issue will be resolved

My Kodak ESP3 will not print,I reloaded program it says printer is online, however when I click to print it does nothing, how do I correct this.


go to printers and faxes on ur windows xp or printing and features on vista from control panel of ur coomputer make sure that ur printer is check marked there and set as default if not,right click and set it as default if the printer is already set as default,right click,go to properties and an option says print test page if it prints, there is a problem with the software communication b/w printer and computer installing and uninstalling of home center will not solve the issue kodak will replace ur printer with esp-5 call kodak toll free number-1800 419 1909 for further directions

Esp3 printer, has new cartriges, printing very fient


Have you tried the maintenance tool - if you open the kodak printer status monitor in your taskbar (next to the clock); at the top right hand side you will see an icon showing crossed hammer and spanner, click on this and run the tools from top down (dont need to do the test page).
If that doesnt work you could try this:-
my new esp3 printer (replaced due to not printing black) came with a suppliment document for action if no black or faint print appears!!:
verify paper is loaded into paper tray then press and hold the Cancel and Copy/Resume buttons simultaneously until the On/Off light flashes -apparently this fixes the no black/faint issue.

Hi,
Pink color usually indicates, color cartridge bad,
Try cleaning nozzles, head cleaner, alignment, calibration
Print off a test page,
If still bad, New cartridge, it's a bad one.

Kodak AiO home Center will not open


My son has the same model and issue. I had him go to http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/downloads/dln_ekn034524.jhtml?pq-path=12667 and get the latest software and firmware update.

Make sure to use the dropdown to select your operating system. The page defaults to XP.

The software is a new version of the AIO home center.

The firmware installer updates the physical printer. Before you run this program be sure to read and understand the instructions.

If both ink cartridges have good levels of ink, and you keep getting the clean the print head issue after updating both the software and the firmware, then call Kodak support. 1-800-421-6699, 7 A.M. to midnight Eastern time, 7 days a week. They will ask you if you put in new cartridges and installed the updates for the firmware and the AiO centre software. Be patient. They will get a solution for you.
