Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
I can receive calls because I flip open to answer; I can also turn it on and off with the end call button, but that's it. All the other buttons, including the side buttons, aren't working.
Unfortunately, there is probably nothing short of replacing the phone or internal hardware that will fix this. Was it dropped hard, or did it get wet or anything like that?
I assume you have taken the battery out and put it back in, but if not definitely give it a shot. Also, run your fingers over each button and key, and see if any feel off a bit. You may have a button stuck down, which really freaks the RAZR out.
Hopefully this will be something easy for you to fix, but if the phone is still under warranty definitely give your carrier a call to see what your options are for hardware repair or replacement.
