What is Frigidaire gallery dryer code e68

I appreciate your post, friend!

From what you have described your Frigidaire dryer is showing a "E68" error code. "E68" usually indicates that one of the keys (buttons) is stuck closed (active). You may enter "Function Test Mode" and perform Key Test to determine which button is at fault. To perform the "Function Test Mode": Press and hold the START and CANCEL button at the same time for 10 seconds. The stuck key should blink. Carefully free the key and perform the test again after proper diagnosis. If button is free but the error code still exists, the electronic control will more than likely need replacing. If you do not have a professional connection, you have the option to visit the manufacturer website to find a service provider in your area. Hope this helps! -Matt

How do I fix the code E68?

Hello Anne, thank you for your post!
From what you have described your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an error code of "E68". An "E68" code stands for a key (button) is stuck I would suggest pressing each button to see which one releases. If that does not work I would recommend performing a reset on your control panel and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If you restore power and continue to have issues it is possible that you could have a faulty control panel or keypad. In order to replace any electrical components I would consult with a professional for proper disassembly of your dryer and replacement of parts. -Matt

Frigidaire affinity LEQ6000ES2 error code e68...dryer will not start

Good Afternoon David,

I understand that your Frigidaire Affinity dryer, model# LEQ6000ES2, is showing you an error code of E68 and will not start. I also see that you have changed the thermal limiter. Looking at what the E68 error code means, a key or button stuck, there could be something else causing the code to come up. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your appliance, determine what is causing the E68, and repair your dryer. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

You will nee The error code E68 is a stuck button error code. I recommend checking each button to make sure it loose in the plastic console. The button should rock side to side a little bit. If all the buttons are loose you can try to reset the unit control by unplugging the dryer for two minutes. If the error code comes back you will need to replace the unit control.

What is E68 and how do i fix it? when i switched on my xbox 360 a red light appeared in the bottom left of the power switch and a system error appeared on the screen with E 68 what is this and how do...

The E68 error means that your hard drive is either broken or not connected propperly. Turn the xbox off and take out your hard drive and put it back in. When you put it back in make sure that you hear it click at the back of the xbox. then turn it on. if it still doesent work your hdd is ruined and youll have to get microsoft to fix it.

The dryer gives E68 it starts running dor 30

the code 68 on the aeq7000es series is indicative of stuck buttons [your control buttons on the front]They sometimes stick in the closed position or go open [fail] and I have found the bad switch and replaced just the bad switch[ there should be a series of test to determine which switch button is bad] and if the switch buttons are testing good ,then it's control panel time. The control panels are about $150.00 on ebay ,sometimes you can find a "make offer" deal, but their few and far between.

Try doing that first if the error code still shows up, then you'll likely need a new control board assembly.
