It stopped working. It will work for a min. or so sometimes then a little static. The volume decreases rapidly, Sometime the volume will go up and down but never stays constant for more than a few seconds.

Headset is on, recognized by my phone, when I call I get nothing but soft static. I ended and re-established the partnership, nothing changed.

Have you tried replacing the microphone tube? That worked on one of my headsets.

Earpollution CS40's randomly stopped working

Ive gone through 2 pairs. Took first pair out of the box and they worked for 15 minutes and just stopped all of a sudden. Returned them and got a new pair thinking it was just a problem with the wiring from the factory. Got the second pair and worked great for one day and then same thing... im very dissappointed although they only cost 25 bucks. My suggestion is bring them back and buy something else with your money. Cs40s are junk!

My macbook air does not play any sound anylonger, it suddenly stop working and a circle with a line inside appears when I try to increase or decrese the volume...?

You laptop may have sound prefs set to external speakers, or if there is a red light coming from the headphone jack. the mac thinks the headphones are still there.
Plug in and unplug the headphones an see if the red light goes out. may take a couple of times. Be gentle

Sennheiser Wireless Headphone Stops transmitting signal

I had the same problem when I plugged it into a new HDTV. The problem was that the sound on the TV was set too low. The transmitter has a feature that automatically turns off when the signal is off or too low. Try turning up the TV volume to a high/higher level and it should solve your problem. Using the headphone jack with the white input allows you to use the headphones while bypassing the TV speakers.

The sound just stops dead

I have the exact same problem. Try to crank up the volume from your stereo/receiver and lower the volume in the headphones. I think that the headphones goes into standby mode if the volume is to low. Works for me (for two days, so its not really a fact yet ;-) )
