Question about Sony Cameras
You have 2 ways to download photos to your computer
1) Use a memory card reader - take the memory card out from the camera, and place it on the memory card reader,connect the memory card reader to your computer. After a few seconds the computer will detect and install the drive, if it does not open automatically, open my computer or "computer" from either your desktop or from start menu.
In my computer or computer, find the removeable storage device, pictures will be inside.you may see a few folders, you will get to the pictures eventually. look inside the different folders.
2) connect your camera to your computer, wait few seconds for it to install, select PC or storage from the camera if it asks or shows options.
if the camera doesn't open automatically, open my computer or computer from your desktop or from start menu.
find the camera or the removeable storage device from the list and look for your pictures inside, you may see a few folders, you will get to the pictures eventually. look inside the different folders.
