Question about Televison & Video
I have an Akai 37" LCD TV. It has been working fine for 2 months, and now I have green noise in areas of the picture that are supposed to be black. It doesn't cover the whole black area, but it is in a constant state of flux. The screen used to be blue in between switching channels, but now it turns green in between channels. Is it my tv or the cable line?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
I'm sure you all thought of this but if someone does not state the easy fix then the easy fix doesn't get done.
I had the same thing happen to my Sam46inch1081, it just started doing it, no slow fade in over time.
I have cable with the HD box, all I did to fix it was unplug the power from the back of the hdbox, wait a few seconds plug power back in and have it reboot. Problem was solved.
Like I said, easy fix for me, don't know if this will help you, but ya never know.
Just thinking out loud here but maybe its not your tv but some other equipment you have added to it other than the hdbox.
