You are going to want a language translator, such as Bing Translator to help you make your way back to settings and switch it back to English.... Also, make sure it is set on the right region format, say if it is set for Italy, it may assume you are Italian and switch the language :) Hope this helps :) Check the to see if it on the right timezone also... Reading the instruction manual may help....
I'm not sure what language you have it in, but turn your mp3 player on, go down 5 times and select, go down 5 times and select again, english is the first selection on the next screen. If this does not work let me know so I can try to assist you more.
Very carefully:
Turn your Sansa player on
Press the upper part of the ring ONCE
Press the middle button (in center of ring) ONCE
Press the downward part of the ring THREE times
Press right part of ring ONCE
Press middle button (in center of ring) ONCE
Hook it up to your computer, go to rhapsody, and then "Mp3 options." set language to english, click "disconnect" then go back to the usual. Problem solved.
I had the same problem when I first got the player and selected another language.
I looked at the booklet and figured when first turning it on, hit the down arrow 3 times, then select, then hit the down arrow 4 times then select is how I got to English setting.
