Yontoo is not something you should keep in your PC, judging from the web record.
http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/yontoo.com?utm_source=addon&utm_content=popup-donuts

Install Microsoft Security Essentials [google it], and set it to a quick scan. Or run a quick system scan on your existing AV software.
Secondly, Google how to recove Yontoo... follow the process(es) and that should do it.

Now, you should try to open IE, it the problem persists, download CCleaner and run it, also run the registry cleanup option. Restart your system and try to run IE.

If you are still stuck, visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 and follow the instructions.

Always use MSE or a reputed AV, they block installation of adwares/spywares like Yontoo in the first place.

HP System Software Manager

The HP Remote Support Software Manager is an application installed on HP desktops and laptops, that enables Remote Assistance on the computer for HP personnel access. This Remote Support client allows a technical support representative from HP to see and control your computer to assist you with making changes on the machine. The HP Remote Support Software Manager may be safely uninstalled from the computer. Uninstalling this application will not affect any other functions and features. However, you should create a Restore Point prior to uninstalling any software just in case problems arise with the changes. Create Restore Point in System Restore Click the Windows "Start" button and then right-click on the "Computer" entry. Click "Properties" from the context menu. Click the "System Protection" link in the left navigation pane. Click the tab labeled "System Protection" and then click the "Create" button. The Create button label indicates that this action will create a System Restore Point now. Type a description for the manually created Restore Point and click "Create." The System Restore Point is manually created. Uninstall HP Remote Support Software Manager Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Control Panel." Click the "Programs" link in the Control Panel. Click "Programs and Features." The list of installed programs will appear. Locate the HP Remote Support Software Manager in the list and click the entry. Click the "Uninstall" button on the top navigation bar. Type the "Administrator" password, if prompted, and click "Continue." The program is uninstalled from the computer and the entry disappears from the Programs list.

I cant get a program (browser) off my computer

Try to download one of these programs: Total Uninstall or Your Uninstaller. Maybe they help you to uninstall this unwanted software.
The programs are not free but have a trial versions. If you want search somewhere for a keygen or serial number.
Good luck.

I have a PureDigital Model 225 Flip. I accidently deleted all the videos on the unit when the recorder showed FULL. Is there any hope of recovering any of them?

I have had success with this flip camera recovery software... Download the program
Camera Video Recovery Software

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Next" and wait for it to do it's magic.

You can refer to this guide

For broken files, everio will prompt you to recover once switched on. If you mean deleted by accident, you can use file recovery software like Final Data Enterprise and a lot more. Mostly can be recovered, sometimes 80% or 90% of your total recording. Good Luck

Trying to scan from a hp 4850 with hp photosmart essential 3.5. Tried reinstalling software with no change.

Hello

Are you able to scan with any other software? Try microsoft paint.

hold down the windows key and press r, type mspaint and click OK

In paint, click file and select from scanner or camera, try scanning does it work?

If it works, there is something wrong with your photosmart, I would suggest you completely uninstall all hp related software and programs from start .> control panel -> add or remove programs / programs and features / uninstall programs.

Find all hp related software, uninstall, unplug printer, restart computer when all software is removed. if the computer restarts before all programs are uninstalled, then continue after restart until all programs are removed.

(After) restart and use your cd and reinstall, plug in when asked.

let me know if you require further assistance.

Hpsudelpacks.exe stopped working

I had the same problem. When I finally reached HP about this they said that it could be my firewall. You can turn off the firewall then download.

I opted for the second solution, which worked just fine: uninstall, then reinstall the HP update program.
Click START, then CONTROL PANEL, then PROGRAMS AND FEATURES. Select HP Update program from the list, then click uninstall.

When this is finished, then reinstall from Recovery Manager. Go to this website:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&docname=c00834921&dlc=en
It is called “HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Performing a Software Application or Driver Recover in Windows Vista” if you wish to search it.
Follow the instructions at this site.

You can access Recovery Manager on the menu when you click START.
