Restart, holding utility key down and do troble reset, if everything is ok, the machine will work again, if not, call for service

Malfunction detected call for service c1300


Print Head (Where the LASER is) is bad or the circuit board that controls it. Check the connections between them. Print head first if I had a say.

Main hopper toner replenishing motor M8 failure to turn.The output from toner bottle home position sensor does not go high within 5 seconds after M8 motor has been energized.Verify the conectors,sensor and motor.Open the front door,turn the toner bottle 1/4 turn clockwise manually with the bottle holder closed.Under the above condition does the toner bottle turn when the front door inter lock switch is turned on?NO - change the toner replenishing M8 motor.Does the toner bottle stop at home position after turning?NO- change PC35 toner bottle home position sensor.Recomanded use vacuum cleaner.

The gauge in my yamaha fz6 2006 is blinking, the manual says there is a electrical circuit problem. I check all the ligths nad fuses and they seem in order, what else could it be?


I believe you count the amount of blinks to read the codes. First blinks are first number, and second set of blinks are second number. Chaz Moto DC

C3851 Abnormal Low Temp. (Heater):

• The temperature of the Heating Roller Thermistor/ 1 (TH1) is lower than a given level of degree for 1 second or more uninterruptedly during
Ready mode, Low Power mode or printing.
• The temperature of the Heating Roller Thermistor/ 2 (TH3) is lower than a given level of degree for 1 second or more uninterruptedly during
Ready mode, Low Power mode or printing.
Try resetting. To reset a Rank A error follow these steps:
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.
If the error recurrs then do the following:
1 Check the Fusing Unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
2 Check the Fusing Unit, PWB-M and PU1 for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.
3 Change Fusing Unit
4 Change PWB-M
5 Change PU1
