my blue-ray takes a long time to load and when it finally does it will have green blocks about half way up the screen. The movie will be playing behind the blocks but you can see the movie. Sometimes it may work but 9 times out of 10 it don't. I have rebooted it with a disk from samsung and I have updated it from the web site as well. It still doesn't work.
