Razor pro scooter has squeaks inside deck below vertical bar

My sons Razor pro scooter has a squeak inside deck below vertical bar. As you move vertical bar back and forward with your foot on the deck it sounds like metal on metal within the deck. I have also sprayed a lubricant but it made no difference. There are allen keys each side which are tight. How do you access inside the deck? There is a plastic cap at the end but I am reluctant to remove it as it may have a one way plastic clip. There appears to be a metal sleeve inside which has screws also. Can you assist with info on access to the deck to resolve issues?

SOURCE: On an E 100 Razor scooter, the battery charger shows charged

We had the same problem that I found to have a very simple fix. It seems all that needed to be done was hold in the reset button a few seconds while the battery charger was plugged in and the light on the charger turned to red and the battery charged again. Seems like too easy of a fix but it worked for my kids scooter.

SOURCE: Is there a fuse inside the Razor E300 electric

All electrical product have some kind of fuse or circuit protector. Should be either inline with the battery and be a blade type fuse (trace the wiring), or on the outside of the scooter near where you plug it in and it will be the festoon type. Check the blown fuse for the correct amperage replacement.

Why printer squeaks

There are several moving parts inside the printer. more in a color laser printer.

Generally if you have used a refilled toner recently (any color or black), the chances are that the wiper blade in NOT seated properly inside the toner or reversed.

Try the following steps.
1. Set known set of good toner (even if nesrly empty)
2. Perform self test
3. Replace one old toner with new set corresponding color and eliminate which toner causes the squeak..
4. Mark that toner defective and Return.
5. If that is not feasible, try to forcefully rotate the drum in the opposite direction to see if helps flip the rubber blade in place
6. I will not suggest you to open the toner as it can damage the drum, spill toner and lead to you bigger mess.
7. If it is not due to toner, then the culprit is in the several gear trains inside the printer and that can be tricky to solve.

Vacuum squeaking loudly!!!Help!!!!

Most likely has a bunch of hair wrapped around the beater bar. Get some scissors, razor knife and some needle nose pliers. Turn the bottom up and remove the cover and start digging the hair out. You may need a new drive belt too.

2006 hyandai sonata, does it have greese fittings

Often mysterious squeaks are from dry torsion bars bushings. There are two of them mounted to the engine "sub frame." My wife's Ford Focus has this issue as well. It squeaks when driving ove rthe curb onto the driveway. The solution is to unbolt the two hold-down clamps that secure the torsion bar to the subframe then apply soime silicone grease inside the rubber bushing so that the rubber will no longer "grab" when the torsion bar moves.

Bed frame squeak

There's a chance that tightening all hardware will eliminate the squeak but you can also rub bar soap on the joint surfaces to quiet things down

My tape deck is making noises while operating.

As in squeaking noises? Or are you getting static and stuff on the audio itself? If it's just squeaking and stuff, then you can open it up and add a little bit of WD40 or silicone spray to the moving parts to loosen them up.

My son rode his E100 scooter through a puddle and didn't tell me until a few days later. The scooter won't turn on now and I've tried to re-charge the battery. Is there anywhere I can send this scooter for...

Your problem could be one of two things. The motor could have short circuit or the components under the deck could have short circuit. The problem is, when your son ran the scooter through the puddle the water acted like a conductor. Connecting the positive and negative poles together until the water dried out(creating a short circuit). I suggest, if you're handy, to take the deck off and check for corrosion both the battery and the controller. If that's not the problem then check the motor (you're probably going to have to take it apart). Just a quick tip, be aware of everything you apart. Where it goes and how fits on there. It will make it a lot easier to put back together. Once you find the problem replace the part either by finding the replacement at razor.com or at electricscooterparts.com. If you not handy then send the scooter to razor for repair, but it might take a while to get back. Best luck.
