I have a gallien kreuger backline 600 bass amp head . and I'm wondering how to use the effects loop send and return jacks with a pedal or processor ?

Run a cable from the Send to the effects and a cable from the effects to the Return. This would be in place of running a cable from the bass guitar to the effects to the amp input.

Bank up button short

okay. (I've experienced this myself). There is a small On/Off button on the circuit board below the stomp pedal. You have to open the unit to change this out. if you have any experience soldering this will be no problem. Now the button you de-solder, take with you to any local radio shack and match it up. check for number of pins that go in the circuit board and height of the push button. (i had to super glue a small piece of rubber to mine so it would reach the stomp pedal). and just replace it with that. Your problems will be resolved. and note these buttons go out frequently depending on the use. its most annoying. Good luck!

I want to build an amp that will deliver a bass drum sound for the stomp box I built.

As a 40 year guitarist and repair technician I had to laugh at this until I thought about my younger days of starting out. What I see here is that you made a momentary trigger out of a stomp box that apparently had problems, that you think you can build an electronic bass drum to play it with. Is this correct? See, the amp only gives a bass drum sound ONLY if a bass drum sound goes through it. Amps only provide audio power to the input signal. Where to get you bass drum sound is what you need to find. I believe you are thinking of a sample. A sample is an actual recorded sound of a bass drum that you could actually trigger by stepping on that button. You could find this on most cheaper casio, yamaha, emerson, radioshack, keyboards or drumpads or any of those amateur toys. Most of them allow a trigger pedal to be plugged into it and operational. Now, after you find something with a bass drum sample that you can trigger with your pedal, that device should allow you to plug it into an amp to amplify it. I hope I didn't confuse you much and had a close perspective of what you tried to describe. Please let me know if I can help further.

I've only had my Marshall MG102FX combo a few months and I love it, but lately it has been cutting out while I'm playing, towards the end of our set (normally about 2 hours after switching...

NEVER CONNECT PEDALS THROUGH THE EFFECT LOOP OF AN AMP. They are NOT design to work at the same signal levels !!! ONLY use effect units that are design to be used in amp effects in the amp effects loop/

My pedal is brand new and cuts out after about ten minutes. I also bought the delay pedal and it cuts out around the same time while making a rapid pulsing sound.

This sounds like you MIGHT be running on batteries and they are near depleted... Pedals go through batteries pretty fast. Use power adapters and make SURE to use the right ones as some pedals require different voltages and types of current.

My Behrigner SO400 Unit doesn't bypass the signal!! It only works when the unit is turned makes no sense! Thank you

Often the problem is the switch itself is broken internally. Test contiuity with an ohmmeter. If one really stomps on these the mechanism in the switch can easily be broken. Often the switch directely connects input and output with contacts and if those break, no bypass will be done but the effect position might still get through.

My RV600 Reverb Machine won't turn on. I'm using a standard 9v adapter...Do I need the behringer one of is my pedal just broken? I bought it about and hour ago.

Did you check the polarity of the adapter? The effect box uses inner pin for negative and outer barrel is positive which is oppsite from most consumer electronics.

This is for the takamine DI+. Is there a wiring diagram as to how to cable from my guitar to the amp? Basically how do you connect the DI+ using stomp boxes. Also, is their a special cable to use to...

Most of the pedals are daisy chained right from the guitar. The output of the daisy chain goes into the DI box set to ground lift. An XLR to XLR cable goes from the DI box to the amp or mixer. Do NOT try to loop the sends and receives of the amp through PEDALS! The sends and receives are LINE LEVEL which is too high for pedals. The sends and receives are for external effects MODULES and EQ's that take line level. Some of those effect units have a foot switch to turn them on and off.

How to connect it to computer mic input

Instead of using the mic input on your soundcard try using the auxiliary input. You will need a cord that converts from 1/4" mono to 1/8" stereo. That cord goes from out on your pedal to aux in on your computer. Use whatever you need to go to the input of the pedal.
