Question about Sony VAIO PCG-K25 Notebook
My wireless switch is on but not working. It says wireless switch is not enabled
My ASUS X5DIJ would loose wireless on sleep and after restart, i would have to manually turn it on every time ... I changed power saving settings, registry etc nothing worked, and then one day i noticed a rattle in my laptop , a screw had come loose i new this sound because it had happened before ( the sweat shop workers never propperly tightened my screws.. dont blame them!) Anyway so i opened the laptop found the screw and found a screw hole with an arrow on it ( i think where the network card connects to the motherboard) so i replaced the screw and re tightened all the screws i could see , and now no problems with wireless card, this must have been the problem a loose screw...

Could be a bad switch or your adapter may be disabled in "network settings" check that first
