It's most likely your hard drive. It can be replaced by doing it yourself or by using a pre-configured kit that you just put in and reprogram your settings and season passes. You will LOSE EVERYTHING on your drive, and if you are having trouble with your drive, there is no way to salvage any recordings off of it.
