Question about Computers & Internet
It varies by make and model. In some, you simply push in firmly on the door and it will spring out partially and can then be pulled out. In others, a screw or screws must be removed and there will be a slot on the bottom of the laptop that is used to insert a flat bladed screwdriver and gently pry the unit out.
If neither of these work, please post an update with the make and model of your laptop and we should be able to fix you right up.
