Question about Saeco VIA Venezia
We use our machine multiple times a day, in fact just this morning. It was sounding rough and I was thinking maybe time for a de-scale. I got tank out to check how that was looking gave it a clean then put back for second cup of the day to find it wouldn't prime. You can hear pump trying to **** and boiler is fine just water will not go through to the pump. Primed for a few minutes and took back off you could see beads of water in tubes not even moving. Please help me. Thanks
Remove the shower screen and screw in the group and then press coffee button to prime?
