Seems the magnetic field from the speakers has caused the color purity in the televisions screen to become discolored, You might try unplugng the set and moving the speaker futher away from the television, Wait at least 20min before cutting it back on, There is a degaussing coil surrounding your picture whis supposed degauss the set everytime you cut it on. Much like you seen on older computer monitors when you press the degauss botton the screen would suddenly go to a rainbow of colors and then return to normal. Depending on how long the speaker has been there you might have to call your servicer and have them come out and manually degause the set for you.

Dropped my 32" tv...the table

It sounds like you tv need degaussed and you also could have it setting to close to speakers. Unplug the TV for 30Mins, from the wall and when you plug it back in and turn it o0n the degaussing circuit built inside the TV should fix it.

I have surround system but i dont know how to hook it up to the tv.

Hi wayne,

Youll have to be familiar with the colour RC cables. Red and white for right and left speakers. Sometimes it is also possible to plug in your surround sound through the headphone jack.

Screen was pushed in, takin covering/surround off and fixed screen, replaced covering/surround but colour not right, can see rainbow effect on pitcure. is there a certain way screen must go to transform...

If this tv has a feature called magic focus or perfect focus which is a button inside door that flips down on the front, then it has sensors on the inside of the screen. When it was pushed in, these were probably messed up and will cause a poor picture. It may be difficult to get those realigned. Magic focus will not work right until they are realigned.

Hi there,

All speaker cables go into the surround sound system, they should be colour coded, then phono cables into the TV or just the the normal green audio cable into the green audio hole on the computer
