Check your power supply unit. It may be simply not working properly or it is detecting a fault and shutting itself down.

How do I tighten a slipping belt

My tread mill has a bolt on each side at the rear end that I put a hex key in and turn to tighten. Do both sides the same to keep the tread even on the track. Don't over tighten. I have a different make but most operate the same.

Tread mill power is on but treadmill not moving just beeping

Does it need a safety key? Is it in all the way?

you might also need to check the connections in the back of the display and also where they connect inside the front arms down to the motor.

Tread mill is on incline. how can i adjust to a flat position

I am assuming this a Icon product and this is the calibration sequence.
1) Press the Stop and the Speed Up keys down while inserting the safety key. Calibration Codes” for key sequence instructions to enter calibration.
2) Press the Stop key one time. The Time window should read EP:2P. Some newer models may also say FP, Pass, or the like. This means that it passes the EPROM test.
3) Press either incline key and the incline will calibrate automatically.
4) THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP BECAUSE YOU WILL GET AN ERROR MESSAGE IF THIS STEP IS SKIPPED.After completing calibration of incline, press the Stop key and then remove the safety key.

The trotter cxt plus powers on and says saftey then it does not let me continue. I purchased it used and it did not come with a owners guide. Is this a simple fix? My other tread mill needed a magnetic key...

I ran into the same solution. After quite a bit of fooling around we figured out that you have to push and hold the start/stop button and while holding you push the cycle button. Up that helps.
