Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player

1 Answer

My mp3 player is frozen!

I charged my Philips SA5125/37 last night and added some new songs to it. Everything was fine. When I turned it on today there was 4-5 copies of different songs and some songs wouldn't play. Then the screen just froze up. Now, I can't turn it off. I tried to hook it up to my computer and it is not charging or doing anything. Can this be fixed?

Ipod shuffle (2nd gen) completely dead

you are still under warranty...take it to the sony apple store...they will fix it /replace it or tell you there is cost if it not the battery (note do not tell them you charged overnight, and for the future do chage any gadgets more than 3-4 hrs) when you do charge over night you are actually shorten the battery life span or as soon as you come home from school, work, whatever cell/ipod or any other device needs to be charge...charge it now and unplug before you go to bed....

Frozen on Refresh Database

Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
Good Luck
