No sound ever since I jump started my car

The unit still turns on and all buttons/menus are functionning however there is now a "P" letter displayed on the left side of the track time. I tried reseting the unit but that did not help. I also have the same problem with the radio. Thank you.

Cannot change paper size of trays 1 and 2. Tray 1 shows legal and want to change to letter.

To disable the operator panel menus so that changes cannot be made to the printer default settings: 1 Turn the printer off. Note: Disabling the operator panel menus does not prevent access to the Job Menu or to Print and Hold functionality. 2 Press and hold Select and Return and turn the printer on. 3 Release the buttons when you see Performing Self Test. Config Menu appears on the first line of the display. 4 Press Menu until you see Panel Menus, and then press Select. Disable appears on the second line of the display. 5 Press Select. Locking Menus appears briefly. 6 Press Menu until you see Exit Config Menus, and then press Select. The menus are disabled. If you press Menu, the message Menus Disabled appears. To enable the menus: 1 Repeat steps 1 through 4. 2 Press Menu until you see Enable. 3 Continue with steps 5 and 6.

It is not aligned with the keys or letter or icons

Try a screen calibration. To recalibrate your c-Series touch screen follow these steps:

1. Begin with the unit turned OFF and unplugged from a power source.
2. Power the unit ON, continue to hold the Power button for 1 minute.
3. A screen will display instructing you to Press dot in the lower left corner.
4. Release the Power button and touch the sequence of dots until your unit displays, Calibration complete.
5. Your unit should now function normally.

Can't get auxiliary to work on Pioneer Mosfet Head unit 50x4

you have to turn the AUX input on through the function menu which can be accessed by following these steps

1. with the unit on. press and hold the source button unitl the unit turns of (or goes into demo mode, which is fine)

2. depending on the model that you have, you will have to press and hold the
(volume button or the audio button), until a menu is displayed.

3 . toggle through until you find AUX 1 and AUX 2. i would turn them both on and see which one you have plugged into, then you can go back and turn the other off.

4. once you have change it to ON. press the source button to turn on. the aux option should now be in your source options.

5. also, while on AUX, you can go into the audio settings and turn up the SLA (sound level adjustment) to +4

hope this helps

Blur and green display on startup

It sounds as if your display is shot. To prove it, turn the machine off, and plug in an external monitor and then turn on the unit. Activate it through the fn keys and the appropriate button across the functions. If the monitor looks good and you still have the blur your laptop display sounds like it needs replaced/repaired. If it follows through to the monitor, then your video driver might be flaked out. If the latter is the case, start your unit in safe mode and see if it can be seen once you get the machine started. Good luck.

Turn off notebook. When turning back on, press the ESC key to bring up "setup" mode. One of the setup menus should allow you to select NUM LOCK function. You want to "de-select" the function.

Mute on- no button?

The unit will display "Mute" for a myriad of reasons, but the most common seem to be that it is not receiving an RF signal from the microphone. Be sure that the batteries in the mic function properly, and that the mic is close enough to the receiver to get an initial signal.

Otherwise, check the menus - it doesn't appear to have a "hard" mute switch, but one of the "Soft" menus may have that information.

I have a pioneer DEH-P3000

Hi nhmteam. I have the solution for you: 1. With your DEH-P3000 turned off, press your FUNCtion button. It's a tiny button towards the upper right of the faceplate. Hold it down until you "ALARM OFF" or "ALARM ON" on the display. Release the button. 2. Press the FUNCtion button again and you should see another feature. I don't remember how many features you need to cycle through, but keep releasing and pressing the FUNCtion button until you see "M-CD ON" on the display. If you miss it just keep going and eventually it will come back. 3. On the right side of your faceplate there is a button with 4 arrows. You will need to push the up or down arrow until the display reads "M-CD OFF". If your display already reads "M-CD OFF", kip to the next step. 4. Press and release the FUNCtion button again and you should see "AUX OFF" on the display. Again press the up or down arrow until the display reads "AUX ON". 5. Now, turn on your unit, then press the INPUT button until the display reads "AUX". You are now ready to use your iPod in the way you always did. Keep these instructions for the future since I believe every time you disconnect the unit from the battery the unit will reset itself and disable your iPod cord. Best regards - TomR
