Just click the button PAGE, Click TEXT SIZE and select MEDIUM.

Or, just press CONTROL and + to increase size, CONTROL and - to decrease size.

To change the settings back to normal, do this

1. Right click on the desktop and click on the "Personalize" options.

2. A window pps up, please click "Adjust font Size".

Another pop up window comes up, please select the "Default Scale", Apply and Okay it. This settle's our problem.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Why does HP Deskjet 940c only print left side of a selection from a web page?

A printer prints almost anything that is shown in a computer screen and it depend on what you're trying to print. If you want to print contents from a webpage, you have two options to chose from. The first is of course the contents in the webpage that you want printed and the second option is to print the whole webpage. If you want to print only the contents in a web page, e.g. an article or photo, you have to highlight the article or photo first then right-click and select 'Print...'. It should print the article or photo only. But if you want to print the whole webpage, chances are that it only prints the 'skeleton' of the webpage and not the contents, hence the reason you have only the left part of the webpage printed. However, if you highlight the whole webpage and then right-click and select 'Print...' I am sure you will have the whole webpage printed. Cheers.

Web sites

I took a look at the North American Fishing Club site and Yes .. it does have about 3 inches on either side of the page layout .. as does the FixYa site. This is the result of the way the site is designed. Some sites are designed in what is called "liquid" or "elastic" designs. What that means is the page stretches or shrinks to fill the screen, depending upon the resolution being used by the viewer's monitor.
This site (and the fishing club site) does not employ that standard but rather has designed the site so that the content sits in the center of the screen, with space on either side of the content.

Because you have a large flat screen monitor, you are using a high resolution .. which means you see the extra space. People using monitors with a lower resolution, say 800 x 600 .. are not seeing the space on either side of the content.

Why do some designer's do this you ask ... because it is best to design to the lowest common denominator (800 x 600 resolution) insuring that everyone is able to view all of the content on the site without having to scroll sidewards.

If you change your resolution to 800 x 600 .. you'll see what I mean. So .. No .. it's not your monitor .. just differences in web designs. Hope that clarifies it for you.

Web pictures not clear

Do you have any kind of download accelerators installed? These will compress online multimedia content, degrading the quality and clarity of the picture.
