the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Cursor is surrounded by square box,how do i get rid of it?

You could try to go to System Preferences then to Universal Access from there go to Seeing then to Options. See if the box under "Show preview rectangle when zoomed out" is checked. If it is uncheck that box.
I hope this helps.
Please get back to me if this works or not.
Thank You!

Original remote lost. have universal remote. cannot program TV

On the right hand side of this television there are panel buttons. It appears that your son in law knocked the tv out of the correct input. Press the input button in order to cycle through the 5 inputs. Typically pressing the input button on the side panel of a television and pressing it again and again and again will make it change inputs. Universally the buttons on the tv panel function as follows: Channel up moves the cursor up. Channel down moves the cursor down. Volume + moves the cursor right. Volume - moves the cursor left.
Hope this helps

Imac screen moves around with cursor

Is your screen image also magnified?
It sounds like you accidentally zoomed the screen, which you can do by holding down the control key at the same time you are rolling the wheel on the mouse. When you do that, the screen will follow your mouse so that you can access portions of the screen that have "zoomed off."
Hold down the control key and roll the mouse wheel until you have zoomed all the way back in. Alternatively, visit System Preferences / Universal Access and modify the Zoom options to suit yourself.

HIGHLIGHT THE CURRENT ROW

Hi Rakesh,
in MS Access 2003/2007, the first record is always highlighted in table as well form's text controls when they connected to a database. In a query cursor is always at last record.

In flex-grid control you can set its properties to get cursor on a particular records.

I think your problem is solved.

Please contact if not.

Grid surrounding cursor and desktop icons

You have accidentally enabled "Universal Access"
Open System Preferences from either the dock or the pull down menu under the Apple in the upper left hand corner of your screen.

In System Preferences the 4th line down should have icons for "System" one of those icons (usually the right most) will be a blue circle with a person in it. This is "Universal Access"

Open Universal access and turn voice over and zoom off.

Icons on Desktop have a pattern around them

Hi, Sorry to hear you are having problems,
It sounds like you have activeted the easy access feature of the Mac OS for people suffering from visual imparements.
Here is how you de-activate this feature:
Go into your system preferences, open the Universal Access preference pane: 66737d9.png

Make sure EVERYTHING is turned to OFF in all the different tabs throughout this preference.
And, you should notice your problem has gone away!
