Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
This is the service manual for your laptop. On page 99 is the graphic showing the jumper location for resetting the password. I am unsure with the graphic whether this jumper can be accessed through an access panel. The graphic shows the location on the motherboard and gives the number stamped on the board, You will have to take the access panels off and search for it. When you find the jumper area, use a small screwdriver that will short across the two contact points without touchinf anything else. Power the board up and wait untill the bios clears and system wants to boot. shut down power, remove the screwdriver or jumper that you use. Put laptop back together and boot the system normally. Go to the user control panel and change the password to one you will know.
