If you have 4 red lights it's a bad conection with auido/video cable
try unplugging and replugging it in.

If you have 3 red light or 1 red light , then the G.P.U.
has lost /broken connection under the chip. and will
need to be re-soldered back to the main board.

If the manufacture date is 7/06 or later your covered
by Microsoft's 3 year warranty .You must also be
the original owner . Microsoft will replace it for free.

Or you can have a repair shop re-flow the G.P.U.
for a cost of about 80.00 if you don't want to wait
for a free replacement.

If you have any questions just comment and I will respond.

I start the machine and after 5 seconds give me the 116-324 error code

Thats called an exception error. One of 2 things. Either it needs a complete software upload, or the network control board, called the ESS board has failed.
You can try these steps

This step will delete any print or copy job that is in process, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 1, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the job queue, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 6, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the IOT job queue (DC 3535: does not delete any job data stored in the Network Controller), initializes the IOT HDD (refer to ADJ 9.8 for details), and will and then perform a reboot. All customer data on the HDD will be deleted.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 4, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This routine will set all IOT ESS NVM values to default. Do not attempt this procedure unless there is a known-good Machine Settings floppy, an accurate Configuration Report and/or other data that will enable you to reload the correct NVM values for this machine.

This step will initialize the IOT ESS NVM (SYS-System and SYS-User) and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 3, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

The last one IOT ESS NVM will clear all your netrowk settings.

Power button the circle is blinking red on the console, what could be wrong

You have what is commonly refered to as the ROD Red Ring of Death. Your XBOX is toast and the only way to have it fixed is sending it in for a new disc drive or opening it up and replacing the drive yourself. These drives can be found online through ebay and amazon

Xbox wireless controller won't work . Batteries are new. The light just flashes. The console doesnt recognize controller

There is a small round button located on the Xbox next to the second memory card slot "slot B" push that to search for the controller. At the the same time there is a small round button located at the top of the controller next to the cord's slot in the middle, push this as well. Both the Xbox and controller should start flashing in a circle then they will start blinking together indicating they are linked. If you have a cord for the controller you can simply plug in the cord and it will automatically link, eliminating the steps above.

I used my contollers on someone elses console and now I cannot get them to work with my console

You have to sync the controller back to your 360.
Press the white button below the dvd tray on the right (round circle).
Then the lights on the 360 will go round and round.
Then press the white button on top of the controller (round circle).
This will sync your controller back to your 360.

My timer knob on my Splendide 2100 keeps going round and round

This is a onboard diagnostic system. As soon as the knob starts going in circles start counting the red light blinks. Then call Splendide. Let them know what is happening. When they ask tell them the number of light blinks that occurred and they can tell you what the error code is.

FLASHING POWER RED BUTTON 7 TIMES

I believe that is a bad power supply board. You can unplug set ,open the back access panel and look for swollen electrolytic capacitors they will most likely be slightly rounded on top instead of flat top like the others. Not sure if just replacing caps is enough we mainly swap out whole board. Some models' replacement power supply is slightly different from original in that a couple of the plugs are in different spots and require an extension cable.

If this is a 2002 Malibu, then the elongated is the lock, the circle next to it is the unlock, red is the panic, and the circle next to the panic is the trunk. Hope this helps.
