See buddy i dont thinks so that it can automatically go to the headset mode, might be the issue is with the default speaker in ur handset, consult ur vendor for the concern.

How to put peltor bluetooth into pairing mode

Normally Peltor headsets work as follows:

1.) Turn the device off.
2.) Once off, hold the on/off/mode button for 5 seconds until you hear a voice say "pairing mode"
3.) Make sure bluetooth is active on your device and search for the Peltor headset, once you find it select it.
4.) When prompted for a pairing key use 0000
that is 4 zeros.
5.) Headset should say pairing complete.

As with moth bluetooth devices remember this muse bt done within a normal amount of time so have your device ready to search by time you put headset in pairing mode will help.

How do I acitivate it

Charge your headset
Charge the headset's battery fully before using the headset for the first time.
1 Put the headset in the supplied charging case and close the cover.
2 Plug the travel adapter into the case's charging socket.

Put your headset in pairing mode
1 Ensure that the headset is off (see Turn headset on/off below).
2 Press and hold the Multi-Function button until the indicator light turns on in blue (approximately 8 seconds).

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and pair with headset
1 Set your Bluetooth phone to discover the headset by following your phone's guide.
Typically, the steps involve going to the Settings, Connection, or Bluetooth menu on your phone and then selecting the option to discover Bluetooth devices. Your phone will find the Samsung WEP200
headset.
2 Select Samsung WEP200.
3 When the phone asks if you want to pair with it, confirm by selecting Yes or OK.
4 Enter the headset passkey or PIN, 0000.

Your phone and headset are now paired and ready to make and receive calls.
1 Place the headset over your ear.
2 On your phone, make a call to the number you want.
3 If your phone and headset are successfully paired, you will hear ringing on the headset

After you have successfully paired your phone and headset, you do not need to repeat these initial setup steps each time you use the headset.

To turn the headset on
Press and hold the Multi-Function button for4 seconds until you see 4 blue flashes on the indicator light, then release. You will hear a tone and see the indicator light flashes while the power is on.

indicator light, then release. You will hear series of 2 tones and see the indicator light stops flashing.

My phone is at headset mode. but i do not have a headset. thats why i cannot hear the other person on the line. so how can i put it back to handsfree mode? wherein i can use the loudspeaker and all?

Sometimes dirt/debris gets in the headset jack on the phone causing the circuit to close which makes it think there is a headset in it. Try to take a headset and insert and remove it a few times to get the contacts unstuck. Liquid damage can also cause this problem.

My Samsung Instinct is stuck in headset mode

DONT DO THE RESTART/ERASE CODE!!!!!!!!!!! its a hardware problem, not software or virus. your phone is probabluy stuck in headset mode, where you can hear the ringtone for incoming calls and alarms but not calls (without headphones). you three real options are to (1) stick a boby pin or stylus into the jack until it leaves headset mode (2) more invasively, find a really small screw driver and open the phone(screws are under the battery cover, in the corners) and poke in the earphone jack or (3) get a new phone. thats all i can tell you.

New Phone Causing Echo

It sounds like your microphone volume is too loud. Get someone on a call with you so they can tell you how it sounds as you adjust it. Turn down the mic volume by pressing the + & - buttons on the earpiece together once which puts the earpiece into mic adjust mode. Then decrease the mic volume by pressing the minus button a few times until it sounds right. The earpiece will automatically revert to normal mode within a few seconds.
If this doesn't work it may be that you need to adjust the compatibility setting for the new phone. This is the small black dial on the base station. The most common setting is 'A' but you may need to experiment with other settings for that phone.

Change the setting from headset or handsfree back to normal. If you are using blue tooth, you have to shut it off to get normal mode to work.
