Water pump blocked
drain system blocked
If you have a washer with filter system check the filter it may be filled with dirt or even a coin as it usually happebs
if problem persists than the motor may be weak and not being able to spin properly
also did you check the waste pipe
if the motor is weak try to do this without clothes and if it empties than theat is the carbon that ere worn on the motor

After the wash cycle runs there is water in the bottom???

At the beginning of the wash, some water remains down round the outlet.
If the outlet pipe is connected to a deviation of the sink siphon, the pipe should go up over the sinks bottom, in order to avoid back flow from the sink.

Washer not cleaning clothes

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.
On some models the filter is located ‘inside’ the big hose from the bottom of the tub. This takes more time to clean.

Next run your washer with 2 cups of bleach, hot water. After it starts agitating stop the washer & let it remain for 2 hours. Then continue the wash.
Try using powders for 'front loaders'

Washer won't drain.

Sounds like the pump is clogged or stripped out. It's mounted on the front of the motor in the middle of the bottom. There's only 2 clips and hoses that hold it on. These are known for stripping out in the middle. They are just plastic, but fairly easy to fix.
