Ok..just happened to me. I'm a tinkerer so it's assumed that everything is out of warranty.
The low down and skinny is this. The last disc holder is stuck on the metal changer tab, preventing the magazine to eject.
1. Remove the six screws on the left and right sides.
2. Use a small flathead screwdriver to GENTLY pry off the front Alpine CHM-S620 plastic facia.\
3. On both left and right sides, collapse and push in the rubber suspension mounts.
4. Carefully remove the vertical/horizontal mount springs.
5. Gently pull off the data cable ribbon.
6. Flip over the changer unit. Use a coathanger to gently push the cartridge back into magazine.
**You may damage the cd and last holder. Small price to pay to get things back to working order though.
You may also have to wiggle the last cd holder to get it over the metal lip.
7. Reassemble in reverse order.
8. Change out that last cd cartridge so it doesn't jam again.
Good luck.

- PS. To remove the data ribbon, use small flathead screwdriver to lift up on the holder tab and free the ribbon. To re-install insert data ribbon and push down on top of the tab. Wiggle ribbon gently to make sure secure.
