This set may not have a fuse. It might have a solid state part called a diode. You will will need to take to a repair shop if you are not trained to repair televisions. You could be electrocuted if you touch the wrong thing in the back of your tv set after you take the back off.

Tail lights and dash lights to 1999 Mazda Protege will not turn on

Sounds like a blown fuse to me. Check your fuse boxes, usually located in the engine compartment, as well as near the driver side of your dashboard, usually near your hood release, or possibly on the passenger side of the dashboard or in the glovebox. Remove the cover for each fuse box and read the diagram on the inside of the cover to find where the fuses are located for each item.

Dash lights quit working

When the dashboard lights in your vehicle malfunction or cease to operate, the resulting effects can range from being a mere annoyance to posing a safety hazard. Locating the problem and finding a remedy is essential. To fix dashboard lights that won't light, follow these suggestions

Evaluate the problem methodically. Begin the process by trying the simplest of solutions first. Most vehicles have a dashboard lights control switch that will dim the dashboard lights, as well as turn them off. Check the control switch, which should be located on the console near the steering column, make sure its in the correct position to have the lights on.

Check the dashboard light fuse. A blown fuse can disable the vehicle's dashboard light. The fuse box may be under the hood, or on the floor, near the brake pedal, or there may be 2 fuse boxes in both places. Refer to the diagram on the fuse box cover to locate the correct fuse. Replace the dashboard light fuse if necessary.

If all of the above don't fix it, then replace your light switch.

Brake light s not working but third light does. and flashers work

Does the 3rd brake light turn off & on with the stomp of the brake pedal?Do the normal running light work?Their is more then one location for fuses for this vehicle.. did you check them all?One is located in the engine compartment far as I know it does not have a separate fuse for rear brake lights. The second one is of course under the dash. The thrid is a rear power distribution box located near the spare tire... btw other fuses could cause this issue like towing light fuse possibly.. so make sure you check them all. Of course start with brake lights first.

The turn signals on the car just went out. is there a fuse for that? the lights and brakes lights work, how to fix turn signals

The fuse for the turn signal may have blown but most likely the turn signal flasher needs replaced. It will look like a round or square box located in or near the fuse box.

The lights inside do not turn off? still on what can i do?

If left on they will drain the battery so locate the fuse box and remove the interior lighting fuse. If you have time locate the door contact switches, near the hinges, that are responsible for disconnecting power when the doors are closed. I would guess that one of these may be faulty. If no fault is obvious then leave the fuse out until the fault can be located

Where is the tail light fuse located in the panel

The fuse box is located under the hood on the driver side near the fire wall - once you remove the cover turn it over and this will show you where the fuses are that go to the tail lights.

Also please check your owners manual and also - take down the vin number - call the local deal and ask about any safety recalls. They will many times replace a fuse for nearly nothing - just to get a look at the car for reference.

Remember that some safety recalls can save you thousands of dollars and are good for the life of the car - they are associated with the car vin not the owner so no cost to you.
Best of it

NO TURN SIGNALS WHEN PROMPTED.FUSES GOOD,BULBS GOOD?

listen to see if you can hear the sound of the flasher, if not then the flasher may be bad

My turn signal lights are no longer working, bulbs seem fine. whats the problem?

If none of your turn signals are working, try pushing in the hazard flasher button on your car, to see if all four lights flash. If not, you need to first locate the fuse to the flasher circuit, and if it is good, locate the flasher unit. It is usually located near or plugged into the fuse panel.
