Question about Google Android
If you are running an unofficial ROM, this can indicate a step was missed in the update.
If so, boot back into recovery (Power/Home), wipe data and cache[s], and reflash your ROM.
If you're running an official ROM tech support may be able to help you reflash the last official ROM.
