Question about Washing Machines
UE is unbalanced load..
you can have a broken off balance sensor or check lower right hand corner the sensor may be too close to the tub..
too release the door you can remove the top (two screws in the back ... slide backwards)
if you have long arms reach down on the right side pull the release and the bottom of the of the door lock ...
