Seems the fan relay is stuck on close position.
or you have the fan switch in on position on the thermostat make sure you have the switch on auto position.

I have the switch in the right place. Had it for a few years now. The fan will not shut off. In the cooling position on the other switch, it keeps cooling, switch the system to off, it starts heating with the fan staying on the whole time. Whether on switch or auto switch, it just keeps on blowing, and cooling or heating!

Furnace blower won't stop running

Usually when the furnace blower motor runs all the time
The limit switch or rollout switch is usually open or bad.
The furnace board is seeing that one of those switches is open, so it brings the blower on to try to get the heat out of the combustion chamber area, so the switch will close. But if the switch is bad and won’t close, the furnace board will keep the blower running continuously.
