Question about Samsung MM-A920 Cellular Phone
I have a chocolate and i downloaded music and it worked for like 5 mins. Then i closed the browser and opened it later and i got this exact message "Error M506: unable to play song.This song cannot be played???? I tried taking out the battery that didnt work. anything helps
Just close it and re open it it worked for me !

I had the same problem with my lg music phone, what i did i checked all the details of the songs, and the one that i couldnt play had different bit rate, looks like that affect a lot on the songs, the phone have different bit rates taht the pcs and other stuffs, mine supports only 320bit rate and the song was at 156bit rates, so i downloaded a converter u can use it and try that. i used this one http://www.mymusictools.com/audio_converters_4/4musics_mp3_bitrate_changer_17930.htm

1. Access the menu by pressing the "OK" button.
Lightly tap the backwards button--the one with two small triangles
pointing to the left--on your keypad.
Press "OK," and then the number "5" button
Type in your lock code, a 4-digit pin.
Choose "Reset Default" by pressing "3."
Read the message on the screen and press "OK."
Choose "Revert" by pressing the number "1."
