It show an error of E:04

First unplug the machine. Next locate the 8" round plastic circle near the bottom right front corner of your washer. Rotate this until the pinhole is at the very bottom then the plastic cover should pop off revealing a black pump. The front of the pump will unscrew and water will gush out. Carefully reach in and fish out any stones or glass that may be causing problems. Then screw the pump back together plug the machine in and try another load. If all goes well replace the plastic cover and smile.
